Piping butter cream tutorial: nectar and stone

Butter Cream Recipe:
100g unsalted softened butter
150g icing mixture
3-4 passion fruits
Method:
In a mix master, beat the softened butter till smooth. Add the icing sugar and mix for about 3 minutes till combined. Add the pulp of the passion fruit and continue mixing till soft and smooth. Where required add extra icing sugar if the mixture seems wet.
